ABOUT THE OBJECT
Inspired by the rhythmic, unhurried movement of shifting sands, the Sand Current Coffee Table is a sculptural meditation on stillness and flow. Hand-shaped from warm beige clay, its organic silhouette evokes dunes shaped by wind over time soft, grounded, and quietly powerful. Finished with a delicate transparent matt glaze, the surface preserves the raw beauty of the material while adding a subtle, velvety refinement. The form feels both elemental and architectural, bringing the quietude of open landscapes into the intimacy of a living space. This piece carries a prestigious heritage, having been selected for exhibition during the Polish presidency of the European Union representing the pinnacle of contemporary Polish craftsmanship and the philosophy of slow design.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
From her studio in Gdynia, ceramicist Magdalena Szmydtke draws from the poetic beauty of the Baltic Sea its shifting light, organic curves, and quiet rhythm. Her practice transforms these natural impressions into contemporary ceramic forms. Meticulously hand-crafted and brush-glazed, each piece is a singular design object, capturing a fleeting moment of luminosity and becoming a one-of-a-kind sculptural work.

Our timeless collections reduce overproduction and encourage responsible consumption. The seasonless approach helps to harmonise demand and production levels.

The brand ensures a positive workplace with fair wages, health benefits, and paid leave. In our daily operations, we minimise and re-use internal packaging and the use of plastics.

We only work with European manufacturers known for top notch quality and craftsmanship. We monitor our production partners closely to guarantee excellent working conditions.

We do not use fur and exotic skins in our products.

Our upcycling initiative combats waste by creatively repurposing surplus men's apparel from our partner brands into innovative women's fashion pieces, thereby giving these garments a second life and reducing environmental impact.
